At Nestix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy before placing your order.

Return Window We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all accessories included
  • Not damaged due to misuse, drops, or water exposure

How to Return Email us at nestixsupport@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 2–3 business days. You do not need to visit any courier office.

Refund Timeline After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method — UPI, card, or bank account.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used or show signs of wear
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Products purchased during clearance or flash sales
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

Damaged or Defective Product If your Nestix device arrives damaged or stops working within the first 7 days, please send us a photo or video within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a free replacement immediately — no questions asked.

Order Cancellation Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by emailing kordex90@gmail.com. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please initiate a return after delivery instead.
