Courier Partners We ship via trusted Indian logistics partners. The courier is assigned based on your delivery pin code for fastest delivery.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. Use this number to track your package on the courier's website.
Failed Delivery If our courier attempts delivery but is unable to complete it due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the package will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply for a second delivery attempt.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives physically damaged, please send us a clear photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement immediately.
